The TCA app allows you to easily order a taxi throughout Amsterdam. Our taxis are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and almost always arrive within 5 minutes of your doorstep.

After downloading the app, you can immediately order your taxi. If you use the app frequently, you can easily create an account to keep track of your ride history and save your favorite destinations.

You can easily order the type of taxi you need. Need to be picked up as quickly as possible? Choose 'Taxi', the fastest option. Traveling with a group of 5 to 8 people? Choose 'Bus'. Want an emission-free vehicle? Select 'Green'. Looking for our maximum rate of €37.50 to Schiphol Airport? Order the 'Schiphol Taxi'.

On the screen, you can see how long it will take for the taxi to arrive and an estimate of the fare, distance, and duration of the journey. Of course, you can also reserve your taxi for a later time. Additionally, you can indicate if you have a lot of luggage, want to bring a pet, or specify the number of passengers.

Once your ride is ordered, you can track your taxi as it arrives, including the details of your driver and car with the license plate number. After the ride, you have the option to rate your driver.

In a TCA taxi, you have various payment options available. You can pay with a credit card, debit card, or cash in the taxi, as well as through the TCA app. Simply add your credit card, PayPal account, or loyalty card to your account and enjoy the convenience of in-app payment.
